With an impressive sales record, quick wit and a ready tongue Trevor and his team have earned a reputation for being honest and forthright with their clients.
Trevor Dunsford, Managing Director
Trevor is to the point and delivers what can only be classified as basic honest advice. For most people this is what they want to hear and as far as Trevor is concerned this is the only way he can form a meaningful relationship with his clients. Sales results that he achieves are unmatched in the industry.
Trevor is a qualified valuer and he believes that this establishes a clear point of difference compared to others in the industry. He also believes it is important to deal with their aspirations and gladly takes on their instructions. Undoubtedly, if those ideals are not achieved within a reasonable time then it is obvious to the client as to what the next step should be. In this way Trevor invariably ends up with a very happy client and a better than expected outcome.
When not making sales, Trevor can be found playing golf with other Old Reds or planning his next trip with wife Karin to visit their two daughters, Georgina and Lottie, who both work and reside in NYC. Trevor is a supporter of Novita, Kick Start For Kids and the Prince Alfred College Old Collegians Football Club.
Please feel free to ring Trevor and join him for a coffee when you next want to discuss matters relating to real estate and retirement.

Grant Winkley, Sales Partner
Grant has been involved in the real estate industry intermittently over the last 20 years. After working for Jackman & Treloar for several years he decided to set up his own agency but has quite wisely decided to now return to the fold. We’re also glad to see him in the office and enjoy his humour and bubbly personality.
Grant’s attributes extend to being a totally committed real estate agent and he has been known to go beyond the normal calling in the sale of client's properties. It would be difficult to find an agent that offers the degree of care and commitment to the cause to match that of Grant.
Grant is an old scholar of Prince Alfred College and in his younger life he excelled as a footballer at North Adelaide Football Club and the Old Reds in Amateur League. He is also well known to many as the proprietor of golf shops on West Terrace and Port Road.
Age has now caught up with Grant and his once low par golf handicap has transitioned to a grandpa. Any spare time outside of selling houses is spent looking after grandchildren.
